We all deserve to live a life enriched with happiness, abundant good health and prevailing kindness towards all.

My name is Dr Anthony Hadj, a medical doctor based in Melbourne, Australia. It is a privilege to be able to share this site with you insofar that I can provide you with some of the wonderful tools I have discovered over the years that have, in my view, helped bring about a stronger sense of mental and physical wellbeing.

I have always felt that the key to sustained wellbeing revolves around 3 main areas:

Nutrition

Mental Health

Physical Exercise

Nutrition is one of the most under utilised (yet immensely powerful) tools we have at our disposal. hat through the power of good wholesome nutrition, that it is 100% possible to begin to restore your vitality, mental wellbeing and general health. We are all uniquely different, with a variety of needs; likes/dislikes; and so, restricting our diet to ‘a certain number of calories’ or ‘plate sizes’ serves no purpose on an individual level. Why? Simply because no one knows your body better than YOU do. You are in the unique and privileged position to be guided by listening to your body. Every one of us will require different amounts of food/energy depending on our age, sex, activity status, weight and height. To this end, you should eat when you are hungry and you stop when you are full.

Complementing a great diet, is an awareness of keeping our body active in a way that we enjoy. For some this can mean a 10km jog every day, for others it can be a bike ride and for some, it may be more mindful exercise such as Yoga or Pilates, or even a gentle walk along the beach. All these actions not only benefit us physically, but are extricably linked to our mental wellbeing too.

Gaining perspective in life through thought, reflection, philosophy is essential to help deal with a very busy and hectic world we are exposed to. I have personally found the study of philosophy (much of which will feature in this site) to be highly satisfying to overcoming hurdles in my own life; and, a tremendous help to developing tools as I move forward.

Lastly, all the information in this site is FREE. There are no subscriptions, no payments or “in app purchases” . My hope is that the information will be presented in a way that is easy to understand yet detailed enough to give you the confidence to follow some of the advice presented. It is my hope that you will find this site beneficial towards not only your health, but the health and wellbeing of your family and friends too.
